BBQ will soon return to Madison Square Park in the form of a huge fundraiser. The upcoming Celebrate Big Apple Barbecue event on June 13 will host 20+ great BBQ joints from around the NYC metro area. To get a ticket, you have to make a $300 tax-deductible donation to Madison Square Park Conservancy.
Celebrate Big Apple Barbecue will shine a spotlight on mouthwatering ’cue from dozens of regional chefs and pitmasters. This outdoor dining experience will be an unforgettable setting for friends and neighbors to taste the best of what BBQ has to offer. All proceeds from this event will support Madison Square Park Conservancy, the non-profit organization that raises 100% of the funds to operate and program Madison Square Park.
