If you love brisket, you won’t want to miss Brisket King 2021. The event will be held this year at the outdoor space at Pig Beach NYC in Brooklyn and mask-wearing and social distancing will be required when not eating to keep everyone safe. More than 15 chefs and pitmasters will be there serving up their take on brisket and pastrami, including Blue Smoke, Central City BBQ, Morgan’s Brooklyn Barbecue, Pig Beach, and others.
