Pig Island is an annual celebration of pork with many top NYC vendors.
The 10th annual Pig Island NYC event is back on Saturday, September 7 at the Erie Basin Park in Red Hook, Brooklyn. More than 20 chefs and pitmasters will be cooking half or whole hogs from Flying Pigs Farm in upstate New York. This all-you-can-eat-and-drink is always a good time and will be again this year.
