The New Jersey KnoQ-out takes place at Triple Brook Camping Resort in Blairstown, NJ. This is a new KCBS contest and the minimum prize purse is $3,500, increasing based on team number. An optional 5th category will be offered for Dessert, with the winner earning a Golden Ticket to the 2018 World Food Championships – Dessert Contest.
