The Nor'Easter BBQ Showdown is New England's first KCBS double-header and takes place Saturday & Sunday, April 21 & 22, at Sandy Pond Campground in Plymouth, MA. Teams can compete either or both days. Each “Day” is a sanctioned KCBS contest, and qualifies separately for The Jack, American Royal and more. The minimum prize purse for each day is $3,500 and will increase based on team number. Additional awards will be given to the Most Improved Team (comparing Day 1 and Day 2 overall scores) and to the Best 2-Day Total, which will earn a Golden Ticket to the 2018 World Food Championship – BBQ Contest.
